As a contract customer you will be given a unique log in to our online customer service area. You will have access to your company’s complete service history, detailing when services or repairs were reported, when a Sovex engineer was on site, name of engineer, details of work done and any costs involved. You can also register new breakdowns or servicing requests through your login area – it couldn’t be easier. You don’t have to leave your office or make several calls to see his progress we keep you updated all of the time.
Our website is run on real time so you can view the status of your call within minutes of registering a problem. An email notification of your job will be with our engineering team within seconds of being logged.
