Lineshaft conveyors are the optimum solution for mid-range loads. Requiring only the smallest number of moving parts they reduce costs and system complexity. This makes for a quiet running system needing little power. A unique feature of the FKI lineshaft conveyor is its Renold Syno nickel plated, maintenance-free chain. This chain reduces running and maintenance costs, and provides the peace of mind of knowing that it requires no lubrication.

Power Up to 80 metres

One drive unit is suitable for up to 80m of conveyor in some circumstances and can power both straights and bends. 11mm across flats hexagonal roller axles are used on all lineshaft rollers which means minimal deflection when handling heavy loads: Together with 'C' Section channels these make the conveyor robust and allow for cable runs within the enclosed channels.

High quality 'oldham' style couplings

Highest quality ‘oldham’ style couplings are used throughout the system, which means the conveyor performs silently without lubrication or maintenance. The entire length of all shafts is populated with spools and spacers, the spools enabling accumulation on the conveyor, the spacers permitting different options on conveyor roller pitch.
