Pallet Live Storage: The Flexible, Reliable Live Storage System
Pallet live storage systems use inclined gravity rollers mounted within pallet racking, eliminating the need for aisles. They utilise up to 60% more floor space than traditional racking systems, and provide higher density storage at the cost of selectivity. Pallet live storage systems are ideal for warehouses with limited space or where individual pallet selectivity is not an issue. We offer three different pallet live storage systems:
Full Width Roller
Full width roller live storage systems incorporate a single track of inclined gravity rollers that span the width of a pallet. Forklift trucks place palletised loads at the rear of the track, and they roll down to a rack’s picking face. Full width roller systems hold pallets up to twenty deep.
Twin Track Roller
Twin track roller live storage systems work in the same way as full width roller systems, but use two narrow roller tracks to transport pallets. Cost effective and reliable, they hold pallets up to twenty deep.
Push Back Roller
A first in last out system of telescoping trolleys on rails mounted on a gradient. Forklift trucks place palletised loads on the trolleys, pushing pallets already on the system to the back. Push back roller systems store pallets up to four deep and fit all types of pallet racking.
