Our heavy duty belt conveyor is a robustly engineered product that operates quietly and requires minimal maintenance. It has a high throughput capability and a durable design. The heavy duty belt is a quiet conveyor, with a noise level of 61dBa, 10-15% quieter than comparable belt conveyors. Level and inclined versions are available.

Safe and Fast

Available with either end or centre drive our belt conveyor will operate at upto 60m/sec. Our conveyors have no rotating part of rollers exposed and built in nip protection to ensure the safety of operators. Underguarding is inclusive in the price to offer further protection to your workforce.

Easy to Maintain

With Lenze and SEW motors as standard options and easy access to all serviceable items our belt conveyor is easy to maintain and low cost to operate.

Wide Range

Belt widths from 600 to 1200mm are offered on both the level and inclined belt conveyors. Our live roller version is also available in the same widths. Our inclined belt model is available as standard duty and heavy duty for high frequency stop/start operations or where the belt load is likely to exceed 500kgs.
