End Drive Conveyor

An exceptionally robust belt conveyor using a directly driven (no chains / sprockets) end drive. Of exceptionally clean line design with smooth button head fixings and slim snub roller adjustment. Goods are conveyed on a strong two ply polyester belt, which has a super-adhesive PVC top surface and a low friction polyester underside.

• Available in LH & RH options (Side the geared motor is positioned).
• Modules up to 5 metres in length
• Speeds up to 60m/min

Centre Drive Conveyor

An exceptionally robust belt conveyor using a very powerful but efficient directly driven (no chains / sprockets) underslung centre drive. Of exceptionally clean line design with smooth button head fixings and slim snub roller adjustment. Goods are conveyed on a strong two ply polyester belt, which has a super-adhesive PVC top surface and a low friction polyester underside.

• Available in LH & RH options (Side the geared motor is positioned).
• Modules up to 30 metres in length*
  *To be used as transport conveyor only (minimal stop/starts per hour) when using lengths above 15 metres
• Speeds up to 90m/min

Heavy Duty Live Roller

Heavy Duty Live roller conveyors are designed for applications where a cost effective solution is required with the capability of a single drive unit powering up to 30 metres of conveyor.

Belt driven roller conveyors are for the horizontal transportation of items. The conveying rollers are powered by a 300 mm wide belt underneath which, whilst conveying the load, also protect the belt from possible damage from large/heavy/sharp products. This feature makes them very popular in parcel and post applications. They are available in lengths from 3m up to 30m in 0.5m increments.

• Centre Driven belt speeds 18, 30, 40 and 60m per minute.
