Engineers

Our engineers are experienced and expert and respond efficiently to callouts and maintenance requests. With a nationwide network of engineers, we will have your Sovex equipment in first class working order with minimal downtime and disruption. Need a part replacing? We have a comprehensive range of spares available from stock.

On-Site Survey

We offer free on-site surveys to inspect your existing equipment, including a full report on its condition and recommendations for any actions required. This report will also cover any health and safety issues. Whether your equipment is manufactured by Sovex or by another supplier, we have the expertise to keep it in perfect running order.

Technical Support

For all minor problems with machinery, we have a technical support phone line with an advisor on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also offer information regarding the hardware and software programming for your equipment and can guide you through the quickest problem solving procedure.

Material handling service and maintenance

For large operations which may require multiple machines we offer appropriate discounts and also full and part refurbishment on all manufacturers' telescopic conveyors.
