SOVEX were tasked with manufacturing five telescopic boom conveyor systems for TJ Morris’s warehouses in Wiltshire and Liverpool. Executive Vice President and General Manager Avi Malhotra said the installation of the TL3 conveyors, which came complete with a manrider mobile chassis, greatly enhanced each site’s vehicle loading and unloading capacity.

The installation of two TL3s in Wiltshire and three in Liverpool not only provides greater portability around the warehouse floor but enables warehouse operatives to unload tall trailers too.
“The TL3 is 7.5m by 15m, has three extendable sections and an 800mm wide belt. It also has a manrider mobile chassis, which will be a real asset to TJ Morris as it greatly increases the flexibility of vehicle loading and unloading. It allows an otherwise fixed conveyor to be moved from one loading door to another, or simply to a different location. Available on rails or fully mobile, at low or high level and manually moved or powered, there is a mobile chassis to suit every specification.”
