International Materials Handling Exhibition (IMHX) opened its doors from 13th – 16th September 2016 at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, UK. The essential intralogistics event for supply chain professionals was attended by over 20,000 visitors and some 400 exhibitors.
The TRANSNORM Group operated a large dual-branded stand for the first time, featuring the latest addition – SOVEX. With strong emphasis on “Global Excellence for Intralogistics”, the venture proved to be a success with visitors due to the complimentary nature of the product portfolio and numerous interactive modules on display.
Staged once every 3 years, IMHX is widely renowned as the foremost UK intralogistics gathering, providing the Group with an ideal backdrop to inform the market of the strong Group organisation within the UK – home to SOVEX Head Office and Manufacturing Centre of Excellence based in the North West and complimented by TRANSNORM UK Sales Office in the South East.
Part of a wide global network of sales offices and manufacturing facilities, the international approach of the Group was evident – this fact was not lost on key decision makers throughout the UK Intralogistics industry.
Welcoming a host of domestic and international visitors to the stand; Management, Sales and Marketing teams were on hand to offer insight to new and existing clients as well as an opportunity to see first-hand demonstrations of an ever growing product portfolio.
Showcasing a modular approach popular with integrators and end users alike; capable of industry leading solutions across the Intralogistics and Parcel sectors, both TRANSNORM and SOVEX are well positioned to support a customer base which seeks to optimise facility efficiency, manage the supply chain and increase throughput capabilities for the modern internet retailing age.
